About the role | Mō te tūnga: This is more than a delivery role; it’s an opportunity to lead how digital products are shaped, prioritised, and delivered across Parliament. As Digital Experience Manager, you’ll lead the strategic direction and governance of the digital experience portfolio, working at the centre of Parliament IT’s evolving product operating model. You’ll partner closely with Product Owners, People Leaders, and Technical Leads to align delivery to what matters most - customer outcomes. Operating at a portfolio level, you’ll influence priorities, shape ways of working, and enable teams to deliver high‑impact digital services that support New Zealand’s democracy. What you'll do | Ngā haepapa matua: Set the direction for digital experience across Parliament. Lead portfolio planning, governance, and delivery outcomes. Prioritise the work that delivers the greatest customer value. Lift performance through insight, data, and continuous improvement. Build strong, trusted relationships across Parliament and agencies. Enable and coach teams to succeed in a product‑led environment. What you'll bring | Tō kete: You’re a strategic digital leader who knows how to connect vision to delivery. Your CV should highlight: Experience leading digital strategy, product, or portfolio delivery. Strong understanding of digital platforms, UX, and customer needs.
