This is a permanent, full-time role within our Indoor Garden Department at Mitre 10 MEGA Takanini. About the role Your primary responsibility is to ensure customers receive the right product and exceptional service every time they walk through the store. You will report to the Retail Manager and work as part of a team that aims to go the extra mile for our customers. Qualifications Gardening background or passion for all things garden Enthusiasm and team spirit Passion for customer service excellence Good time management A quick and alert mind, with the ability to adapt and be flexible Willingness to learn Excellent communication skills Experience Previous retail experience and/or experience within the Indoor Garden Department will be viewed favorably.
