About the Role We are looking for seasonal casual team members joining us in September2026 through to the end of January2027 – a great chance to jump in and be part of the action! As the weather warms up and our stores get busier, you’ll play a key role in helping customers bring their DIY projects to life while being part of a fun, fast‑paced team. From first hello to final solution, our team is there every step of the way. Responsibilities Provide our customers with the best experience across the store. Manage stock efficiently while keeping the workspace clean and tidy. Serve customers with a smile at our checkout registers. Qualifications Genuine passion for customer experience with energy and enthusiasm. Ability to approach, connect and confidently interact with customers. Enthusiasm for learning about products and services and readiness to lend a hand across different areas of the store. Act with integrity, be safe and do your best. Availability to work flexible hours (including late nights, early mornings and weekends) from September2026–January2027.
