Whatyou’llbring We’relooking for an experienced P&C Business Partner who brings strong peopleexpertiseand enjoys working collaboratively to drive positive outcomes. You will ideally bring: Experience working as a P&C / HR Business Partner in a complex environment. Strong working knowledge of employment relations and people practices in New Zealand and/or Australia. Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability tobuild credibility,coach, influence, and build capability. Experience supporting anddelivering organisationaldesign, workforce planning,business change initiatives and or M&A activity. Experience supportingthe employee lifecycle andpeople processes. Industrial relations experience, including working with unions, collective agreements, and bargaining processes (not essential). An analytical, problem-solving,andcontinuous improvementmindsetwith the ability to translate business needs into people solutions.
