In this role, you’llcollaborate withexecutive and theirteams across NZ and AU toshape business outcomes through people decisions. People insights and data are used to guide decisions and improve business and employee outcomes. You contribute to a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvementto deliver for people and the business. Whatyou’llbring We’relooking for an experienced P&C Business Partner who brings strong peopleexpertiseand enjoys working collaboratively to drive positive outcomes. You will ideally bring: Experience working as a P&C / HR Business Partner in a complex environment. Strong working knowledge of employment relations and people practices in New Zealand and/or Australia. Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability tobuild credibility,coach, influence, and build capability. Experience supporting anddelivering organisationaldesign, workforce planning,business change initiatives and or M&A activity. Experience supportingthe employee lifecycle andpeople processes. Industrial relations experience, including working with unions, collective agreements, and bargaining processes (not essential). An analytical, problem-solving,andcontinuous improvementmindsetwith the ability to translate business needs into people solutions.
