Parts Assistant

What’s the job? Support our Parts Manager to deal with customer enquiries on the phone and in person. Pick and pack parts for delivery to customers, do pickups and deliveries and support with stock takes. Help keep the yard and workshop clean and tidy. Clean and groom machines to ensure they’re ready for sale. Load and unload trucks, unpack stock and store parts accurately. Assist with machine assembly. About you! You’ve got a sharp eye for detail, you’re well‑organised, and you take pride in your work. You’re confident using Microsoft Office and modern computer systems including Pronto and Parts Stock. Stocktake experience with strong numeracy and literacy acumen. Some mechanical knowledge in automotive would an advantage but not essential. 2+ years Customer Service experience – you enjoy helping others and have a strong work ethic. Good local geographical knowledge. You’re a team player who also works well independently when needed. You hold a Full Class 1 driver’s licence with clean driving record (essential) and if you have FOSH even better. Are you first CLAAS?
