In perfect weather Milford Sound is a tranquil mirror of a beautiful landscape, and in wet weather it comes alive with hundreds of misty waterfalls. Millions of people visit this world‑renowned natural wonder and as one of New Zealand's leading tourism operators RealNZ, we operate both Day Cruises and Overnight Cruises in this spectacular fiord. We are seeking a motivated person to efficiently and smoothly complete orders, store products correctly and transport freight to our vessels. The role involves receipting goods, maintaining our buildings, grounds and vehicles while working closely with our Team Leaders and Chefs. This full‑time summer position follows a 10‑day on / 4‑day off roster. The successful candidate will be a self‑starter, able to grasp the “big picture” as well as the details, and must be a capable trouble‑shooter and problem‑solver. The job requires physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy loads. Responsibilities Efficiently complete orders and transport freight to vessels. Receipting goods and maintaining accurate inventory. Store products correctly and load/unload goods. Maintain buildings, grounds, and vehicles. Work closely with Team Leaders and Chefs. Use a 10‑day on / 4‑day off roster. Apply problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills. Qualifications Driver’s licence. Attention to detail and ability to multitask. Strong time‑management skills. People/customer‑service skills and a team‑player mindset. Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy loads.
