You'll be a trusted member of the team, ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly while helping colleagues deliver services to the communities we serve.Working alongside a dedicated team of customer-facing roles, you'll provide a wide range of administrative and coordination support to ensure both our people and customers are set up for success. From managing communications and records to supporting events, scheduling and office operations, your contribution will be essential to the smooth running of the local office.As one of the first points of contact for customers visiting our office, you'll create a positive and welcoming experience while responding to enquiries and connecting people with the support they need. You'll also work closely with our Housing and Wellbeing Support teams, assisting with a variety of administrative activities that contribute to quality customer outcomes.We're looking for someone who enjoys variety, embraces change and is comfortable using technology to work efficiently and solve problems. This is a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly, so you'll need to be agile, adaptable and able to think on your feet. You'll take initiative, identify opportunities to improve the way things are done and bring a motivated, can-do attitude to supporting both customers and colleagues.**Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu - What you will bring**This role will suit someone who is motivated, adaptable and customer-focused, with a passion for providing excellent administrative support.
