The role This position is based within a reputable franchise dealership workshop. Your core responsibilities will include: Repairs, servicing, diagnostics, and maintenance on light passenger vehicles Reporting to the Workshop Foreman and Service Manager Maintaining a clean and organised work area Adhering to all health and safety standards Liaising with parts and service teams to ensure efficient workflow What we're looking for Relevant automotive trade qualification Proven experience as a technician in a franchise dealership environment Strong capability in servicing, repairs, and diagnostics Experience across multiple brands (franchise training is advantageous but not essential) Solid diagnostic skills Excellent customer service and communication abilities A team-focused approach with a strong work ethic Positive, professional attitude What's on offer A secure role within a well-established dealership group Genuine long-term career prospects Attractive hourly rate and commission structure, depending on skills and experience Full-time position with a minimum of 40 hours per week How to apply Applications from those already based in Australia and within New Zealand are welcome.
