Te tūranga | The role As a Personal Banking Consultant, you’ll exceed customer expectations with a strong focus on supporting their financial wellbeing. We are specifically looking for someone who can confidently lead home lending conversations and deliver lending outcomes customer’s trust. You Will Build trusted relationships and guide customers through lending decisions with clarity and care. Educate customers on banking solutions and options, resulting in convenient and innovative product and service recommendations. Use your experience to think on your feet, manage your day proactively, and deliver unbeatable customer outcomes. Full-time (40 hours per week), Monday to Friday, based in our Whangarei Advice Centre, with occasional cover required at our Dargaville Advice Centre. Ō pūkenga | About you We’re keen to attract candidates who bring current home lending experience (or strong lending capability) and love helping customers achieve financial satisfaction. You’ll Likely Have Current home lending experience, or the confidence and passion to deliver strong lending outcomes for customers. Be able to proactively interact with customers to identify the appropriate products and services to meet their needs An ability to effectively respond to customer requests, concerns, or enquiries. A relationship-first approach — you thrive on building trust and credibility with customers and colleagues.
