Additional $2.50 per hour for all weekend hours worked Fun, friendly and supportive team environment Opportunities for career growth and development About The Role We have an exciting opportunity to join our supportive team as a Village Centre Host (Food & Beverage Attendant) at Charles Upham Retirement Village in Rangiora (just 30 minutes from Christchurch City). This is a Part Time position working: Thursday – Saturday, 4:00pm – 7:30pm (14 hours per week). Responsibilities Deliver a high-quality food and beverage service to residents, their families/whānau, and guests in our busy bar area Create a warm, hospitable, and engaging atmosphere in the Village Centre Set up, restock, and manage bar and refreshment service Take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure timely, well-presented delivery Support events and activities, helping bring the village to life Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-presented environment at all times Manage stock ordering, replenishment, and end‑of‑day processes including cash handling Work closely with your team to deliver an exceptional resident experience About You You’ll thrive in this role if you are personable, reliable, and genuinely enjoy connecting with people.
