Experiential Producer

Are you an Experiential or Events Producer looking for an exciting role? FleishmanHillard, formerly Mango Communications, is renowned for creating exceptional award-winning events and experiences for many local and global brands, and we’re after a superstar intermediate-level experiential producer to join the team. The Role From McDonald’s Rhythm & Vines to New World's smallest Cellar Door and from Volkswagen's Pollination Tour to NZ Blood's Myth Busting Vending Machine. FleishmanHillard's integrated experiential campaigns are impossible to ignore. We’re looking for someone with great production skills, who is comfortable implementing a range of experiences from product launches to sampling campaigns, from gala balls to trade shows and from media events to media stunts. You’ll be joining a fun-loving team of five experiential producers within the wider FleishmanHillard team of 25. We’re also part of McCann group – formerly DDB – so you get access to loads of great clients, integrated campaigns, additional specialist resources like an in-house studio and content creators, a fun and empowering culture, regular development training and bunch of other benefits. What will you bring? You’ll need to be able to write run sheets and H&S plans, detailed briefs for suppliers, run a precise budget and know how to create a mood board that sells the dream. Ideally, you’ll know how to integrate with other comms channels and have worked across a range of clients, or produced in house events, and have a strong relationship with a range of suppliers. 3+ years' relevant industry experience Great people skills and strong relationship building skills Creative and ability to think outside of the square Ability to pull together cost estimates and stick to budget Ability to draft responses to brief that are creative and well thought through Ability to work independently and as part of a team The desire to do amazing work and have fun along the way FleishmanHillard Aotearoa - Who we are...
