Key Responsibilities Supporting feed planning and pasture management to hit production targets Leading milking operations and maintaining high hygiene and milk quality standards Monitoring animal health Managing effluent systems and ensuring environmental compliance Coaching junior team members and supporting day‑to‑day farm activities You’ll be part of a safe, well‑supported work environment, with high‑quality PPE, well‑maintained equipment, and a strong team culture where health, safety, and looking out for one another come first. About Us PaMu Landcorp Farming Limited is a State‑Owned Enterprise with over 110 farms across New Zealand. The Farm Bounty Dairy Unit is a 629‑hectare property that winters 1,700 cows and milks 1,600 through a 60‑bail rotary at peak. About You You’re enthusiastic, hands‑on, and ready to contribute to the team’s success. You’re eager to learn, develop your skills, and make a real impact on the farm.
