Ideal location – just 10 minutes from Taupō. Overview Join Bounty Dairy as a (3iC) Assistant Dairy Production Manager. You’ll work closely with the Farm Manager, with access to training, mentorship, and the chance to make a meaningful impact every day. No two days are the same, and you’ll be involved across the full farming cycle. Key Responsibilities Supporting feed planning and pasture management to hit production targets Leading milking operations and maintaining high hygiene and milk quality standards Monitoring animal health Managing effluent systems and ensuring environmental compliance Coaching junior team members and supporting day‑to‑day farm activities You’ll be part of a safe, well‑supported work environment, with high‑quality PPE, well‑maintained equipment, and a strong team culture where health, safety, and looking out for one another come first. About Us PaMu Landcorp Farming Limited is a State‑Owned Enterprise with over 110 farms across New Zealand. Our purpose is to lead the delivery of innovative and sustainable agriculture solutions for future generations. The Farm Bounty Dairy Unit is a 629‑hectare property that winters 1,700 cows and milks 1,600 through a 60‑bail rotary at peak. Located just ten minutes from Taupō, the farm offers the best of both worlds – close to town yet surrounded by lifestyle opportunities, including water sports, mountain biking, hunting, and fishing. The area also has a range of local schooling options, making it an ideal location for those looking to balance a rewarding farming career with family life and outdoor recreation. About You You’re enthusiastic, hands‑on, and ready to contribute to the team’s success. You’re eager to learn, develop your skills, and make a real impact on the farm.
