You'll manage check-in, sell Milford Sound Experience products and excursions, and help our guests have the best possible day. We are on the search for an engaging and genuine sales champion, someone who can ensure that all our guests receive amazing service as they check in, purchase a ticket for our cruise, enquire about other experiences within our business, or sell retail before heading out of Milford Sound. Responsibilities Manage guest check‑in and sales of Milford Sound Experience products and excursions. Organise daily vessel manifests and complete bookings for flights on fixed‑wing or helicopter to Queenstown. Work closely with vessel Team Leaders to ensure correct documentation for departures. Assist guests throughout their day and promote additional experiences. Qualifications Proactive communicator who can anticipate guest needs while optimising sales opportunities. Good at managing time effectively and is a master of multi‑tasking. Bonus if you speak Mandarin, Japanese, or Korean. Benefits Subsidised accommodation in Milford Sound Village, suitable for couples.
