About the Role We are searching for a dynamic Administrator Team Leader ready to make a meaningful impact. Responsibilities Lead and develop a high‑performing administrative team within the Maternity Service. Ensure accurate data capture and champion data quality across all administrative processes. Transform complex information into actionable insights that influence decisions and drive improvement. Manage booking, admissions, discharges, referral and scheduling timeframes. Partner with the BadgerNet Coordinator to maintain tight quality checks and keep errors under control. Respond to operational issues, keeping services running smoothly and efficiently. Train, coach and support staff to achieve high standards of performance. Set high standards, lead by example and step in to support teams whenever required. About You Organised, proactive and ready to take ownership of processes. Confidence in producing clear, meaningful reports. Excellent people‑management skills, energising and motivating staff. Experience in fast‑paced environments and a track record of solving operational challenges. Commitment to data quality, continuous improvement and system enhancement.
