Senior Data Analyst

We’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst with hands‑on experience building a practical customer “golden record.” You’ll work with business and technical teams to define data standards and match/merge (survivorship) rules that improve quality and consistency across systems. Key Responsibilities Run structured discovery sessions with business SMEs to understand how customer/client data is created, used, and interpreted. Define a practical target structure for the golden record. Document data standards and rules (required fields, acceptable values, validation logic, edge cases). Perform gap analysis across source systems to identify completeness/quality issues and inconsistencies. Design and support match/merge e.g. matching on name + DOB with fallbacks, and conflict resolution across systems. Partner with data/CRM teams to validate rules, test outcomes, and iterate based on findings. Key Skills Golden record / canonical customer entity definition experience. Match/merge + survivorship rules experience. Structured discovery + writing clear, testable definitions. Direct CRM data work (Dynamics/Salesforce). SQL + data profiling/gap analysis.
