Role Overview WW is a global wellness technology company inspiring millions to adopt healthy habits. As a WW Coach, you will inspire members to build healthy habits and achieve milestones on their wellness journeys. About the opportunity A WW Coach channels their passion for a healthy lifestyle into inspiring members to build healthy habits and achieve milestones on their wellness journeys. The location is Tauranga/Papamoa. Workshops are held Tuesday nights, Wednesday nights, Thursday and Saturday mornings, with potential for additional hours. What you’ll be doing Deliver workshop experience: facilitate and coach sessions, provide wellness check‑ins, deliver topics in a fun and engaging way, keep discussions relevant, create a safe space, celebrate member successes, support members in building healthy habits, set actions for the coming week, and provide effective new‑member orientations. Drive member recruitment and retention: deliver a consistent on‑brand member experience, drive referrals, develop personal connections, engage on WW community platforms, and perform weekly member‑care tasks. Community involvement: represent WW as a brand ambassador, attract new members and represent WW in local events as required. Conduct orientation: welcome new members, explain the WW program, and get them started immediately on their wellness journey. Who are you? You will have: Strong facilitation and coaching skills. Empathy and comfort with rapid change. Excellent time‑management, organisational and business acumen. Strong listening and communication skills. Tech‑savvy with various tools and platforms, including G‑Suite.
