About Parade College Parade College is a member of the national body of Catholic schools known as Edmund Rice Education Australia (EREA). Position Dean of Learning (Years 10-12) Applications are invited for the position of Dean of Learning (Years 10-12) from suitably qualified, highly motivated and innovative leaders with excellent organisational skills and a passion for Catholic Education in the Edmund Rice Tradition and the safety, protection, and wellbeing of children. The Dean of Learning (Years 10-12) is a member of the Teaching and Learning Executive and is responsible for the implementation and management of the Victorian Curriculum at Year 10 and of the Victorian Certificate of Education (VCE, including VET) at Parade College. The Dean works in collaboration with the Assistant Principal, Teaching and Learning, Dean of Learning (Years 7‑9), Dean of VCE Vocational Major, Curriculum Leader and Learning Area Leaders in overseeing the learning and teaching program at Years 10‑12. Leadership Term The successful candidate will commence 27 January 2027. The appointment is for a three‑year term and includes an ongoing teaching position. The role attracts a Position of Leadership Allowance 4 and a generous time allowance per cycle.
