Once you’re in, there’s no limits on where your career could take you. Role Overview This is a full‑time Chef de Partie position working in Hippo, QT Wellington’s signature restaurant. Known for its bold flavours, European influence, and theatrical QT style, Hippo delivers refined cuisine with personality. As a key member of the kitchen leadership team, you’ll take ownership of your section, support daily service excellence, and help bring creative, high‑quality dishes to life. You’ll work closely with the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs to deliver unforgettable guest experiences while mentoring junior team members and upholding the highest culinary standards.
