About The Opportunity The primary purpose of this position is to support solar installation projects across residential and commercial sites while ensuring quality workmanship and safe work practices. Some of your responsibilities will include: Assisting with the installation of solar panels, mounting systems, and cabling Preparing and transporting tools, materials, and equipment to project sites Supporting residential and commercial rooftop solar installations Maintaining installation documentation, safety records, and job reports Assisting with warehouse organisation and stock management when required Working closely with electricians, project managers, and installation teams Maintaining high standards of workmanship and site safety Participating in toolbox meetings, training sessions, and safety initiatives About You The successful candidate will have: Experience within construction, roofing, or a related trade environment Ability to work safely at heights and outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong commitment to workplace health and safety practices Good physical fitness and ability to undertake manual work Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship Excellent communication and teamwork skills Previous solar industry experience (advantageous but not essential) What's in it for You?
