Collaborating with clients/stakeholders to understand their business processes and objectives, this role works closely with wider technology teams to tailor Salesforce solutions that align with these needs, ensuring seamless integration with other systems. Bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring the CRM solutions are user‑friendly and support enhanced customer experience and business success. Ideal candidate Essential: 3+ years of experience with Salesforce CRM with Sales or Service cloud experience, preferably both. Should have some BA skills. Good attitude and motivation to learn other clouds as well. Hands‑on implementation experience (practical knowledge). Exposure with SF integration, data migration, UAT. Good to have: Knowledge of Salesforce AI (otherwise can be taught). Certification not required for very good hands‑on candidates; otherwise Salesforce Sales/Service cloud certification important.
