Responsibilities Leading and coaching three team members, including two senior staff Driving lending decisions and spotting upsell opportunities across products Supporting Leaders with complex applications and escalated customer situations Managing arrears oversight and credit control processes Creating a positive, resilient branch culture focused on KPIs and growth About You You're a confident leader who thrives on motivating others and driving results. You bring resilience, commercial acumen, and the ability to manage senior staff while maintaining collaboration and respect. You're calm under pressure and skilled at turning challenging customer interactions into positive outcomes.
