Job Description
Working Hours & Roster Roster option 1: Monday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM Tuesday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM Wednesday: 11:30 AM – 7:30 PM Thursday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM Sunday: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM Requirement: The ability to work four weekend shifts per month and at least one evening shift each week. Responsibilities Manage and maintain process flow for an assigned workstream. Collaborate closely with your Team Leader and "swarm" to ensure efficiency. Ensure uninterrupted process completion and strict adherence to established guidelines. Process Management & Order Fulfillment: Follow set routines for timely and accurate process completion, ensuring online orders are picked correctly and fresh food quality meets standards. Team Leadership & Supervision: Lead the team to ensure correct work completion, provide on‑the‑job training and coaching, and step up as Acting Store Manager on scheduled shifts. Issue Resolution & Escalation: Identify and promptly escalates process‑related issues to the Function Lead for effective resolution. Safety & Wellbeing Advocacy: Champion a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to safety protocols, reporting hazards, and prioritising team well‑being. Collaboration & Communication: Actively participate in team collaboration and communication initiatives to foster a positive work environment. Qualifications Process Excellence & Learning: Demonstrate a strong ability in process excellence and a commitment to continuous learning. Collaborative Partnerships: Excel at building and maintaining collaborative partnerships with other functions and stakeholders. Effective Team Leadership: Effectively lead teams, delegating tasks, monitoring progress, coaching, providing feedback, and motivating members. Compliance Expertise & Communication: Expert in compliance within your function and possess exceptional communication skills to clearly articulate tasks and standards.
