Job Description
$24.35 - $29.54 per hour (depending on qualifications) About the Role We’re looking for compassionate and reliable SupportWorkers to join our residential team in Kaiapoi , supporting people with learning disabilities to live fulfilling, independent lives in a safe, warm, and home‑like environment. This is a relationship‑based role where you’ll have the time and support to truly get to know the people you support. Your day will include a mix of practical assistance and meaningful connection, such as: Supporting daily routines (shopping, meal preparation, household tasks) Providing personal care respectfully and safely Supporting community activities and outings Encouraging independence, choice, and wellbeing Whether you’re already experienced in disability support or looking to build a long‑term career in the sector, we’d love to hear from you. About You Ideally, you’ll have a NZ Certificate in Health & Wellbeing (Level 2) or equivalent, however we welcome applications from people who share our values and are willing to train.
