Job Description

What will you be doing? You’ll be responsible for overseeing a group of small to medium sized clients within the FMCG industry. Acting as their first point of contact, you will manage day to day client engagement by building and maintaining effective relationships. Responsibilities Acting as the go to contact for clients, building strong relationships and managing a wide variety of their day to day queries Partnering with the team to shape and execute client account plans that drive real commercial impact for Circana Owning client contract renewals while spotting opportunities to upsell, expand partnerships and introduce new Circana solutions Acting as a change agent during the migration from legacy systems to new technology by supporting change activities, coordinating with stakeholders and contributing to a smooth and effective transition Coordinating all data related requests including databases, access permissions and reporting, ensuring everything is delivered on time and with accuracy Empowering clients through training on Circana’s proprietary tools so they can get the most value from our platform Supporting the delivery of insights and analysis to help clients make smarter, data driven decisions Requirements A collaborative individual, with a curious mindset and an eagerness to learn. You’ll be passionate about relationship building and have an interest in developing your commercial acumen. You will be confident with managing stakeholders, leaning into, at times, difficult conversations and love to provide an exceptional experience for our clients. 1 years’ experience in a client-facing role, ideally in account management, sales, or a similar field (FMCG experience is a plus) Strong communication and presentation skills Proven ability to build and maintain effective client relationships Commercial awareness with the ability to identify growth opportunities Effective planning and prioritisation skills Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organisational abilities Analytical thinking skills, with the ability to dive into data and pull out clear, actionable insights Passion for software and data technologies, with a technical mindset and eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools and innovations in the field Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Circana Behaviours Stay Curious: Being hungry to learn and grow, always asking the big questions Seek Clarity: Embracing complexity to create clarity and inspire action Own the Outcome: Being accountable for decisions and taking ownership of our choices Centre on the Client: Relentlessly adding value for our customers Be a Challenger: Never complacent, always striving for continuous improvement Champion Inclusivity: Fostering trust in relationships engaging with empathy, respect and integrity Commit to each other: Contributing to making Circana a great place to work for everyone Prospective candidates may be asked to consent to background checks (in accordance with local legislation and our candidate privacy notice).
