We are seeking a Technology and Operations Lead to strengthen how our systems, processes, and technology work together to support better outcomes across the organisation.This is a hands-on, fixed-term role where you will partner closely with teams to improve day-to-day operations-ensuring solutions are practical, sustainable, and successfully embedded into business-as-usual.Mo tenei turanga | About this roleWorking across the organisation you will act as a trusted advisor. You will lead improvements in service delivery, support the implementation of new technologies and ensure systems and processes are aligned and working effectively.Key aspects of the role include:Providing practical advice to leaders on technology and operational improvementsSupporting the introduction and adoption of new systems and tools across teamsEnsuring systems and processes are aligned, integrated and fit for purposeFacilitating collaboration across teams to improve delivery and ways of workingSupporting implementation and change to ensure solutions are embedded successfullyIdentifying opportunities for continuous improvement, efficiency and innovationSupporting effective management of risk, data and compliance obligationsMohou ake | About youWe are looking for someone who is pragmatic, collaborative and delivery focused.
