Job Description

About the role This is a selling role for a Property Sales Consultant working across residential developments in the Bay of Plenty. You will be helping manage enquiries, buyer follow-up, site visits, open homes, broker introductions, and the wider sales process. You need to get in front of people, build relationships, follow up properly, create momentum, convert buyer interest into signed agreements, and help people understand the pathway into a new home. Key responsibilities Managing buyer enquiries and incoming leads Calling and following up prospective purchasers Meeting buyers on-site and walking them through available homes Helping first-home buyers and investors understand the opportunity Supporting buyers through the sales process Working with brokers, lawyers, agents and referral partners Maintaining the sales pipeline and CRM Supporting project launches, open homes and marketing campaigns Helping improve our sales systems, follow-up and process About you Strong sales and communication skills Confident with people and good on the phone Organised, proactive and high-output Good follow-up and attention to detail Commercially sharp and self-driven Positive, professional and easy to deal with Genuine interest in property, development and growth Experience in property, real estate, new homes, finance or sales would be ideal A real estate licence would be helpful, but is not essential for the right person About us Archispace is a Bay of Plenty based property development business delivering quality new homes across Tauranga, Papamoa and the wider region.
