Motel Manager

T BAY INVESTMENT LIMITED are looking for a Motel Manager to join us. This is a full-time, permanent role with 30 working hours per week from Monday to Saturday. The working location is Auckland. We offer an hourly rate of $30.00-$32.00. Responsibilities managing day-to-day motel operations to maintain seamless service and exceptional guest experiences managing and supervising reservations, front office, guest reception, and housekeeping services managing online booking platforms, setting room rates, monitoring occupancy, and responding to guest enquiries receiving and coordinating tour group bookings overseeing staff training and rostering supervising cleanliness, property maintenance and security arrangements assessing and reviewing customer satisfaction, including responding to feedback and handling complaints reviewing daily revenue, preparing reconciliation reports, and overseeing purchasing and supplier payments ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and emergency procedures managing motel cost control, waste disposal, and other operational requirements monitoring and enforcing compliance with regulatory requirements to ensure all activities meet legal and company standards performing other duties as directed by the Employer to ensure smooth motel operations Preferred Skills and Experience Relevant Diploma or higher qualification AND At least one year of relevant work experience Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturday and public holidays Good organisational and problem‑solving skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
