About the Role Auckland (primary location) with potential for regional engagement across Health New Zealand sites. 12‑month fixed‑term, full‑time role. Lead implementation of impactful clinical digital solutions at scale. Work at the forefront of health system transformation with strong stakeholder exposure. About the Team/Service You will be joining a collaborative, values‑led environment where clinical, digital, and operational teams work together to improve outcomes. There is a strong emphasis on continuous improvement, innovation, and embedding digital solutions that support better care delivery at the frontline. Equity, partnership, and responsiveness to Māori and diverse communities are central to how services are designed and delivered. About You Practical experience delivering digital or clinical system implementations in complex environments, with a strong focus on outcomes, adoption, and service impact. Clinical background or deep familiarity with clinical environments, giving credibility and insight to work alongside frontline teams and translate digital change into real‑world practice. Experience implementing or supporting clinical or digital systems (e.g. EMR/EHR or hospital‑based applications). Confident supporting go‑live delivery, including troubleshooting and frontline user support. Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work effectively with clinicians and operational teams. Experience delivering training and driving system adoption across diverse user groups. Focused on achieving adoption, meeting implementation milestones, and tracking issues/risks. Desirable: Experience working within the public health sector or large‑scale health systems. Desirable: A clinical qualification or registration (e.g. nursing, allied health, or medical background) with experience bridging clinical and digital workstreams. Desirable: Familiarity with clinical systems, digital health programmes, or implementation methodologies.
