Customer Sales Consultant- New Plymouth

The New Zealand Automobile Association (AA) is seeking a Customer Sales Consultant for our New Plymouth Centre. What You’ll Be Doing Be the friendly face of the AA, welcoming customers and creating positive experiences as they walk through our doors. Take the time to understand customers’ needs, recommend the right AA products and services, and work confidently towards sales targets. Support a variety of administrative and customer‑service tasks, contributing to the smooth day‑to‑day running of the centre as part of a collaborative team. Enjoy a full‑time role with regular duties and opportunities to support cross‑functional projects. About You You are passionate about providing outstanding customer service and enjoy helping people find the right solutions. You have previous retail and/or sales experience and are confident working towards sales targets in a fast‑paced environment. You bring a positive attitude, plenty of energy, and a willingness to learn, and you are a team player who enjoys connecting with people and creating memorable customer experiences.
