Clinical Manager

Based at our beautiful Bert Sutcliffe Retirement Village in Birkenhead you will use the latest technology – including our own purpose‑built care app – and all your nursing and people skills to provide clinical leadership and management oversight to nursing, care and auxiliary teams throughout the village. This is a full‑time role working Tuesday – Saturday 0800–1630. Key responsibilities Provide clinical leadership and management oversight to nursing, care and auxiliary teams throughout the village. Ensure compassionate and excellent quality care is provided to all residents. Lead, develop and grow a strong team of happy, kind, trained and highly motivated staff dedicated to delivering world‑class care and treatment. Ensure that clinical policy and procedures are adhered to. Provide support to the Village Manager. Who you are Have proven experience as a Carehome Clinical Manager, with a current APC. Be an advanced clinical leader with the ability to coach, mentor and share knowledge within a large team environment. Enjoy building meaningful, long‑lasting relationships with our staff, our residents and their families. Be focused on bringing the fun into nursing and healthcare for our hardworking teams. Have a comprehensive knowledge of continuous improvement systems and processes. Drive continuous improvement/change and be an outstanding communicator who is professional and empathetic. Have a keen focus on clinical documentation with excellent time‑management skills.
