About The Role Partnering directly with the CEO and the wider business, you'll also take ownership of the day‑to‑day finance and help the business make great commercial decisions and acquisitions. Key Responsibilities Deliver accurate month‑end management accounts, variance analysis, and board reports. Provide robust financial insights to leadership to drive commercial profitability. Manage cash flow forecasts, working capital, and key commercial banking relationships. Improve core financial systems, reporting tools, and internal governance processes. Partner with business unit leaders to uplift overall commercial capability. Support business acquisitions. So Who Are You And What Is Your Profile? Ideally CA or CPA qualified with strong technical accounting expertise. Proficient in modern cloud ERP systems and advanced Excel modelling. Articulate communicator who influences cross‑functional stakeholders and senior executives. Commercially astute professional with a proactive, hands‑on problem‑solving approach.
