Salesforce Developer

Central Auckland office Hybrid working, 2+ days in the office $90,000 - $110,000 base + KiwiSaver and benefits Upper Echelon has engaged with a well known organisation seeking a Junior to Intermediate Salesforce Developer to join their existing team. Ideally, you'll be an up and coming developer with some knowledge of Sales, Service and Experience Cloud and hands‑on Apex/LWC development experience, preferably within a commercial/real world environment. Certifications would be a nice to have to show dedication to learning, but they are not essential. You'll be joining an existing Salesforce capability team of about 12 people, including developers, functional consultants, testers and leads. A major bonus of this role is the team's dedication to mentoring, which provides a track record of progression. You'll need to demonstrate a very positive, motivated and "can-do" attitude, along with a desire to learn and be mentored by the senior team members. Based in central Auckland, the company expects a minimum of 2 days per week in the office to foster culture and gain face to face time with the team and people in other business areas.
