With software-supported engagement across the life stages of a pet, pet owners become informed partners in care—supporting better health outcomes. Create a well-considered design plan and work with our Product Owners/Managers and Engineers to bring the solution to life! Design, ideate, problem solve! Be in your creative elementcoming up withsolutions and interactive prototypes using your UI and UX skills Conduct,researchand execute user experience initiatives for the ezyVet suite of applications. Develop and roll out testing with our amazing network of customers who are in our testing group, as well as some of our engineers and wider IDEXX staff. Work closely with our user base to gain a deep understanding of ourusersworkflows and requirements. Design and document user interface modules and layouts - common design principles to improve the look of the IDEXX suite of applications. Responsible for creating interactive user centric prototypes. Collaborate with Product and Engineering Leadership Provide mentoring and leadership to less experienced designers to improve and revise through constant feedback. A customer centric thought process. Prior experience in the UX/UI space. Prior experience with prototyping and user testing High attention to detail A creative flair matched with an intensity to understand how customers use the product.
