Sleep Coach – Retail Customer Service | Full Time Monday – Friday Full Time (40 hours) Rotating Saturday roster required Hamilton, NZ Salary + bonuses About the Role As a Sleep Coach , you will be the face of Resmed in our Hamilton retail clinic. Your mission is to deliver an outstanding customer experience while driving sales and supporting customers on their individual sleep health journeys. Working as part of a close-knit team, you will provide exceptional service, maintain high retail standards, and contribute to revenue growth and Resmed's strong market reputation. Your Day-to-Day Create exceptional customer experiences by greeting customers, understanding their needs, and providing personalised sleep solutions. Recommend products and services that improve sleep quality and help achieve sales targets. Maintain high store and clinic standards, including visual merchandising, cleanliness, and stock management. Develop strong product knowledge by completing training and staying up to date with Resmed's innovative sleep solutions. Build lasting customer relationships through follow-up, progress checks, and ongoing support. Complete POS transactions, cash handling, and general administrative tasks accurately. Assist with the care, checking, and maintenance of trial and demonstration equipment. Work collaboratively with the wider team to deliver exceptional customer outcomes. Participate in a rotating Saturday roster as required. What We're Looking For Retail or customer service experience (2+ years preferred). A sales-focused mindset with a passion for achieving targets. Strong communication skills—friendly, confident, and empathetic. High attention to detail across service, merchandising, and administration. Comfortable using technology and POS systems (Salesforce or Shopify experience is a bonus). Healthcare, pharmacy, or wellness experience is desirable but not essential.
