Qualified Early Childhood Teacher – 2–5 Year Old Room Part time, Permanent, FTTE up to: 0.5 Early learning / kōhanga reo, Certificated teacher Belonging / Mana Whenua Contribution / Mana Tangata Communication / Mana Reo Exploration / Mana Aotūroa Well-being / Mana Atua Our centre in Windsor Park, Auckland, is looking for a qualified teacher to join our 2–5‑year‑old room. The position is 9:00 am–3:00 pm, five days per week, although the hours may be negotiable for the right candidate. We are a small boutique centre with a team of friendly and stable kaiako, the majority of whom are qualified. Our philosophy is inspired by the Reggio Emilia and RIE approaches. We respect each child's individual learning journey and value strong partnerships with whānau to provide the best possible support for our children. We are seeking a teacher who is passionate about early childhood education, genuinely enjoys working with children, and thrives as part of a collaborative team. We welcome applications from experienced teachers as well as new graduates who have gained practical work experience while studying. Unfortunately, we are unable to consider applicants with Graduate Diploma or Master's qualifications whose experience is limited to teaching practicum placements only.
