SERVICE TECHNICIAN – COMMERCIAL FOOD EQUIPMENT Electrical Appliance Repair and Sales skills Fulltime position with Fully maintained vehicle Immediate Start Available – Generous salary and commission structure About the role: A rare opportunity to join HOBART New Zealand as Service Technician based in Auckland. You will be responsible for carrying out planned maintenance, fault diagnosis, repair, commissioning, and maintenance of our commercial food machines alongside generating sales lead and revenue across our broad customer base. Our customers include major aged and health care sites, hospitals, casinos, major hotels and restaurant chains. As a technician you will be required to: Attend service calls as per daily allocated job priorities allocated by customer service team Carry out quality field service repairs at the customers place of business Provide complete technical support and maintenance advise to end users as required Ensure all appliance, repair information and parts usage are documented on service reports Liaise with customers explaining the repairs undertaken and completing the customer service experience at the highest level Managing of van stock and appearance of company vehicle Complete all administrative duties in a timely manner Handling of escalations and on-site technical support to relevant department Ensure all WHS policies and procedures are adhered to and proactively supported Generate machine sales leads and revenue Benefits and perks: We offer an attractive salary package that will reflect your experience and skills set.
