Venita has endless opportunities for graduates in the following disciplines: Civil & Structural Engineering Electrical Engineering To be eligible for the Ventia Graduate Program, you must meet the following criteria: Successfully completed relevant undergraduate degree in the last two years or be in your final semester of study. Hold Australian or New Zealand citizenship, Permanent residency, or Graduate Visa 485 (valid until the end of 2028). Willingness to travel and relocate for the duration of the rotation. Responsibilities Translate theoretical knowledge into practical solutions for engineering challenges under the guidance of senior engineers Strengthen technical skills and professional competencies through active participation in project work and design activities Contribute to project delivery, site operations, and sustainability initiatives during structured rotations Engage in continuous learning and development to support both individual growth and team objectives Skills & Requirements Strong communication, teamwork, and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities Adaptable, resilient, and accountable, with a high capacity to learn in fast paced environments Curious, innovative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a drive to create impact Advantageous: Relevant internships or industry experience (project, site, or design exposure) Advantageous: Demonstrated initiative through extracurriculars, leadership, or selfdriven learning Minimum academic requirement: Credit average (5/7 GPA or 2/4 GPA) How to apply To apply, click the 'apply now' button on this page and include the following: resume academic transcript work rights – either Passport or Birth Certificate or Australian Citizenship Certificate and photo ID.
