Duty Manager | Hamilton (North Ridge Village) Stunning new retirement village opening mid-year About the role Metlifecare is opening a premium, purpose‑built retirement village in Rototuna, Hamilton mid this year — a place where exceptional living and community connection comes together. As we prepare to welcome our first few residents to North Ridge Villages, we’re seeking an experienced Duty Manager to help set the standard of service excellence. This is a Fixed Term, Part Time role working Saturday and Sunday from 10 am to 2 pm till 20th December 2026. Additional hours may be offered from time to time to meet operational requirements. You’ll be the go‑to expert for all queries on the weekend. You’ll ensure our environment is safe, welcoming, and impeccably maintained. Duties Conduct site tours and support events as required Support the residents with queries Cover Receptiondesk and provide general admin support to the village. Keep common areas neat and tidy Skills and Experience Required Current First Aid Certificate preferred although training is provided. Energetic, reliable and a friendly customer service approach Sole charge (with support available) – Ability to make decisions independently. Previous experience in administration/customer service.
