Senior QA Analyst

Responsibilities Analyse BAU change requests, user stories, and fixes; assess testing impact. Collaborate with BAs and SMEs to clarify requirements. Design and execute test scenarios and cases for functional, integration, and regression testing. Ensure test coverage across key business areas (Billing, Sales & Pricing, Meter Data Management). Execute manual testing, validate end‑to‑end flows, and confirm acceptance criteria. Log, track, retest defects, and participate in defect triage and resolution. Communicate test progress, risks, and status to stakeholders. Maintain regression suites and support production validation during releases. Contribute to automation feasibility and ensure adherence to testing standards. Required Skills & Experience: Strong functional testing expertise across analysis, execution, and closure. Hands‑on experience with test management tools (JIRA, Zephyr). Good understanding of data models and integration testing. Excellent communication and coordination skills, including offshore teams. Experienced in Agile, hybrid, and BAU/steady‑state testing environments.
