About the Role We’re looking for a warm,confident and service-focused Guest Services Agent to join our Front Officeteam (30 hours per week). As one of the first and last people our guests meet,you’ll create memorable experiences from a warm "Kia Ora" on arrivalto a genuine "Haere rā" on departure. You’ll embody our servicephilosophy by remembering our guests, finding opportunities to delight andconfidently sharing the stories of our hotel, neighbourhood and Aotearoa. What You'll Do Deliver warm, professional and personalisedguest service at every interaction. Be a knowledgeable ambassador for The HotelBritomart, kingi and the Britomart precinct. Manage check-ins, check-outs, reservationsand guest enquiries efficiently. Support valet parking, luggage assistance andguest requests. Process mail, messages and deliveriesaccurately. Contribute to exceptional guest satisfaction,NPS and Hotel performance ratings. Work collaboratively across departments andcross-train in Night Audit as required. About You You’ll be someone whonaturally enjoys making people feel welcome and takes pride in creatingmemorable experiences. You’ll also bring: A genuine passion for hospitality. A warm, engaging and confident communicationstyle. Strong attention to detail and a proactiveapproach. Previous experience in a 4 or 5-star hotel orsimilar premium hospitality environment (preferred). Experience with Opera or Protel(advantageous). A full New Zealand driver’s licence.
