We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Experience Support professional to play a key role in driving sales performance and delivering outstanding service across all channels. About The Role Managing inbound and outbound calls, including fuel orders and customer queries. Providing accurate product and service information to assist customers. Supporting lead management and tracking through the sales process. Preparing and maintaining proposals, contracts, and sales documentation. Handling Fuel card services, including queries, replacements, and fraud management. Collaborating closely with Sales and Regional Operations teams to ensure seamless processes. This role is essential for optimising sales support, maintaining high customer service standards, and contributing to our company values and Zero Harm commitment. What We’re Looking For Experience: Customer service or sales support, ideally in a contact centre environment. Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks with high attention to detail. Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes. Understanding of customer service best practices. Attributes: Customer-focused, team player, self-motivated, and committed to safety and integrity. A tertiary qualification and experience in the fuel or lubricants industry are advantageous but not essential. Why Join Us?
