Production Supervisor

Full time Job Description We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to join our Manufacturing Team in Mangere. You will be joining a NZ owned and operated company with roots firmly fixed on a kiwi‑can‑do approach and genuine passion for innovation and creativity. The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the manufacturing plant ensuring maximum productivity and customer delivery targets are achieved. This is a small but busy manufacturing team, with a team of 17 in production and plans to grow. What we offer Salary of $80,000 - $85,000 (Depending on experience) Paid day off on your birthday Onsite parking Staff discount on products Monthly team lunches and more What you need Have a minimum of 5 years in a similar manufacturing/leadership role A high degree of experience successfully managing inventory Experience within the detergent industry or a similar manufacturing industry.
