Then this is the opportunity for you! We are looking to recruit a Duty Manager to join our management team at our award-winning site. In this role you will be front and centre in driving us towards our goals. If you are a self‑motivated, results orientated, people person and have a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences we want to hear from you. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for the running of your shift, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, meeting sales targets, developing your staff, assisting with special events and the overall profitability of the business. Most importantly, you need to know how to “wow” customers with your service focus and amazing personality. This role requires someone that can lead by example as well as work well within a team, have supervisory experience and the ability to work on a 7-day roster (hours negotiable) which includes late nights, weekends and public holidays.
