Marketing Lead Manager – Enable Networks Ltd, Christchurch, New Zealand This role is a full‑time position based in Christchurch, Canterbury, supporting Enable Networks’ Wholesale Fibre Network as part of the Marketing & Engagement team. Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy & Planning: Help shape and deliver the company's marketing strategy; support customer acquisition, retention and market positioning; ensure marketing activities align with long‑term brand objectives. Campaign Management: Lead the planning, delivery and optimisation of integrated marketing campaigns across digital marketing, social media, direct marketing and content marketing; coordinate with internal teams and external agencies. Brand & Customer Experience: Champion the Enable brand across all customer touchpoints; ensure communications are consistent and customer‑focused; use customer and market insights to improve engagement. Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign performance; analyse marketing metrics and ROI; recommend improvements based on data and insights. Qualifications & Experience Experience in a senior marketing or marketing leadership role. Strong campaign management experience. Knowledge of digital marketing channels and platforms. Commercial and strategic thinking skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
