Aftersales Support and Customer Care Coordinator Join Giltrap Group as an Aftersales Support and Customer Care Coordinator As an Aftersales Support and Customer Care Coordinator, you will play a key role in strengthening the client experience across all NordEast Vehicle Distributors brands. This role owns aftersales client communication, manages aftersales CRM and Vehicle Off Road visibility, while supporting retailers and internal teams to ensure timely, professional and effective aftersales support. Acting as a central coordination point for aftersales communication with retailers and internal stakeholders Monitoring, maintaining and following up Vehicle Off Road cases to minimise downtime and improve the client experience Maintaining accurate aftersales CRM records and ensuring cases are reviewed, responded to and closed within required timeframes Supporting service, warranty and aftersales reporting Coordinating vehicle recalls, service campaigns and training activities Proactively identifying opportunities to improve aftersales processes, reporting and customer care outcomes About You Our ideal candidate is detail-focused, organised and customer oriented, with a strong understanding of automotive aftersales operations. You will be comfortable working across multiple brands, systems and stakeholders and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will also bring: Previous experience in automotive aftersales, service, warranty or automotive support roles Strong administrative and communication skills with high attention to detail A customer focused mindset and understanding of service operations and customer experience Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a high volume environment Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for reporting and tracking Experience with CRM or case management systems is desirable but not essential Willingness to learn and champion new systems, processes and tools What We Offer Ongoing training and opportunities to gain qualifications: We invest in your professional growth with continuous learning and development programmes.
