Job Description
About the Role The payroll and rostering administrator is an important role within our People & Development team; providing a comprehensive payroll service to Te Whatu Ora Tairāwhiti. Responsibilities Run payroll reports and perform data maintenance. Process pay runs within a fortnightly deadline. Maintain payroll systems and ensure accurate payroll processing. Provide comprehensive payroll support to the team and staff. Qualifications Strong knowledge of New Zealand employment legislation and the Holidays Act. Experience in administration. Initiative and ability to self‑manage. High level of attention to detail and accuracy. Great communication and relationship skills. Ability to work autonomously yet collaborate as part of a team. Willingness to learn payroll‑specific legislation and the Holidays Act. Payroll system savvy is an advantage.
