About the role … Provide clinical leadership by fostering aculture of quality, safety and proactive improvement strategies Advise clinical and operational leaders, supportingthem to ensure best practice standards are implemented and followed. Manage audit programmes, monitor clinicalprogrammes, patient safety, quality and performance indicators Oversee incident and complaint management,ensuring thorough investigations are carried out and resulting learnings areacted on Collaborate with leaders and frontline staff tofoster open communication, shared learning and innovation About you … Demonstrated success in leading an effectivequality and risk management system within the NZ healthcare sector Passionate about innovation and continuousimprovement with the ability to mitigate and manage potential risks.
