Corporate Sales Manager (Enterprise Sales) – New Zealand We are searching for a driven and skillful sales hunter to grow Halter’s corporate market segment across existing and new accounts in New Zealand. You will be a hunter at heart, with deep experience navigating complex sales cycles across large farming organisations. In this role you will build trusted relationships, identify opportunities within farming systems, and drive a pipeline of enterprise opportunities. You will navigate corporate layers, manage multi‑stage negotiations, report KPIs, and work closely with Account Managers to deliver value to existing clients. This position is based in New Zealand and requires frequent travel. What Your Day Could Look Like Enterprise Sales Meetings Engage with the largest farming operations, understand their structure, surface critical challenges, and map Halter’s value across the enterprise. Lead complex sales cycles from discovery through procurement, negotiating through to signed agreements and successful rollouts. Enterprise Prospecting Maintain an active rolling pipeline by developing relationships from farm to board, identifying and approaching high‑value leaders, activating your network, and driving event engagement. Own this work and build repeatable systems that generate a consistent, high‑value pipeline. Strategic Account Management & Expansion Deepen relationships across divisions, geographies, and leadership levels to unlock new value levers and drive strategic expansions. Collaborate with Account Managers to achieve organisational‑wide adoption and maximise customer benefit. Enterprise Networking & Influence Build influence with board members, operational leaders, and other key stakeholders to become a recognised voice in the community. Cross‑Functional Execution Partner with the Head of Corporate, product, and support teams to align on strategic goals and drive innovative solutions that meet customer needs. Forecasting & Strategy Provide accurate monthly and quarterly revenue forecasts to support planning, investment, and growth. Growth Projects Shape scalable systems and strategies, develop playbooks, optimise sales processes, and experiment with commercial initiatives to support enterprise growth. Who Are We Looking For Enterprise sales hunter who thrives on complexity, sees opportunity in ambiguity, and unlocks deals in high‑stakes environments. Proven experience selling to enterprise or large corporate customers, ideally in agriculture or related systems; long sales cycles, board‑level influence, and account expansion. Deep industry understanding of large‑scale farming systems. Phenomenal attitude, strong ownership, and relentless focus on customer success. Comfort with autonomy, ambiguity, and rapid pace.
