Job Description As a Visual Merchandiser you work at the heart of a fast‑paced fashion business, creating an environment that inspires customers to explore their personal style. You guide and support the store team to deliver exceptional inspiration and guidance, and actively drive sales in store while ensuring strong execution of the Commercial Handbook. Responsibilities Ensure garment presentation in store aligns with the Commercial Handbook and creates exceptional inspiration. Secure a high level of styling and fashion inspiration in windows and indoor displays. Maximise and drive commercial opportunities within the H&M brand guidelines, in collaboration with the Department Manager. Execute visual and commercial training for all colleagues to support garment presentation and styling. Identify potential future talent for succession as a Visual Merchandiser. Organise and plan workload according to business needs and commercial planner, and maintain safety, security and administration procedures. Qualifications We believe the successful candidate is passionate about creating an inspiring environment for customers and coaching the store team. Up‑to‑date knowledge of current fashion trends and styling techniques. Customer‑centric approach with proven results in creating a great customer experience. Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment. Commercial mindset, able to analyse figures and formulate plans to maximise sales. Ability to delegate, follow up and provide straightforward feedback to coach and develop the team. Excellent interpersonal skills and clear communication with all team members.
