About the Job We’re looking for a National Account Manager to join our Consumer team, based in Auckland. This role will see you manage and grow key customer accounts across NewZealand, working closely with our sales, marketing and supply teams to drive strong commercial outcomes for Galderma’s consumer brands. You’ll be responsible for building customer plans, managing promotional activity, spotting growth opportunities and turning insights into clear actions. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys owning customer relationships, working at pace and making a visible impact in a competitive retail environment. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow key customer accounts across NewZealand. Develop customer plans that support sales, market share and profitable growth. Build strong customer presentations and commercial recommendations. Manage promotional plans, trade spend and customer activations. Keep close to category trends, competitor activity and new market opportunities. Qualifications Experience in key account management, ideally within FMCG, OTC, consumer health, skincare or a similar space. Strong commercial understanding, including sales targets, forecasting, promotional plans and trade spend. Confidence building relationships and influencing customers and internal teams. A proactive mindset, with the ability to spot opportunities and take ownership. Strong communication, organisation and Excel skills. What we offer in return Career development opportunities.
